How To Awaken Your Goddess Energy.

Who is a Goddess?

We see this word being thrown around a lot, but let’s be real—there are so many false definitions out there. A Goddess is not defined by her size or how big her butt is (despite what society might try to convince you).

A Goddess is a woman who has fallen so deeply in love with herself that she’s awakened her divine feminine energy. She only thinks, believes, and attracts high vibrations. She holds herself to high standards, knows her worth, and refuses to settle for anything less.

A Goddess is a living and breathing embodiment of Self-love.

So, how do we love ourselves? What does self-love even mean? And how does it show up in our day-to-day lives to help us embody this goddess energy?

Grab yourself some tea, water, or juice, and let’s dive in.

Here are 3 things every Goddess needs to thrive

Every Goddess Needs a Goddess Circle

Our environment plays a key role in our evolution. The people we spend our time with are crucial to our growth. When a woman embarks on this transformative journey, it is vital that she spends her time with like-minded women. This will not only ground your values, morals and goals but it will open you up to a world of aspirations you didn’t know was possible.

If you find that there are no women in your physical environment who share similar values, you can always connect online—whether through joining communities, listening podcasts, or even reading blogs like this one. What matters is that you’re consciously choosing to spend your time and energy in spaces that add value to you.

One thing that holds a lot of women back is staying around others who aren’t yet ready to embark on this journey. While there’s no need for judgment, it’s important to put yourself first and align with women who are on similar paths.

You are more than welcome to join Vivacious’s Goddess Circle, where you’ll receive early notifications on blogs (like this one), exclusive content, and early bird access to everything Vivacious.

Every Goddess needs a Goddess Apothecary

Every goddess needs her own apothecary. Think of an apothecary as your personal wellness hub—a collection of everything that keeps you healthy and beautiful.

A big part of being a Goddess is caring your internal & external health & beauty. One thing Goddesses are known for is their devotion to their health & beauty by learning how to utilize natural holistic products that have been gifted to us by mother nature.

Cleopatra, the ultimate goddess of her time, was famous for her devotion to beauty and wellness. She understood the power of nature and filled her apothecary with treasures like castor oil, olive oil, She was famous for her milk and honey baths. These ingredients were her secrets to glowing skin, luscious hair, and an irresistible aura.

Your Goddess Apothecary doesn’t have to be complicated. You can start small—think of a simple wellness drawer—and let it grow as you learn and experiment with what works for you & your body.

How to begin building your own apothecary.

As i mentioned above, start small.

1. Oils - Oils are considered sacred and are often described as the barrier that separates us from the harshness of the external world. They act as a protective shield, nourishing the body, calming the mind, and grounding the spirit. Oils have been used for thousands of years & all major religions speak on them. When used correctly, oils have the ability to heal, purify & beautiful our bodies. Castor oil, Rose hip oil Frankincense essential oil, Olive oil etc

2. Herbal Tea

While coffee may be the most popular choice right now, tea has been used for centuries. Herbal teas are incredibly powerful, as they have the ability to heal, restore, and calm the body, among many other benefits. For every organ in our body, there’s a plant that can support it. Teas are also packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce free radicals and toxins in the body. Often, the healing we seek is right around us. Whether you need a tea for sleep (like chamomile), for glowing skin (like spearmint), or for self-love (like rose), herbal teas can be incredibly supportive to your wellness journey

3. Infused Honeys - Infused Honeys - Honey is considered nature’s natural sweetener. It’s time to ditch the processed sugar. Honey has incredible healing and beautifying properties and can be used in teas, tinctures, smoothies, or even as a natural sweetener in recipes. It has also been largely used in the skincare world for face masks and treatments.

Now, when you speak of infused honeys, you’re taking it up a notch. Infused honey is simply combining honey with a spice or herb to maximize its benefits. Here are some popular options:Garlic Honey - Known for its ability to boost the immune system, garlic honey is perfect for colds and sore throats.• Cinnamon Honey - Great in tea, cinnamon honey offers anti-inflammatory benefits and can help with digestion.• Ginger Honey - Ideal for aiding digestion and soothing nausea, ginger honey can also be used as a natural anti-inflammatory honey is perfect for colds and sore throats.•

Every Goddess needs Goddess Rituals

Goddesses need rituals. Now, I know the word ritual might sound a little woo-woo, but at its core, a ritual is simply a routine—an intentional practice that you carve out for yourself. The reason why goddesses embrace rituals is because routines often feel like “work,” and we associate them with productivity and getting things done. Think about it: “morning routine” is all about ticking boxes.

But a ritual? A ritual is sacred time. It’s not measured by how much you accomplish but by the love and care you pour into yourself. A ritual is YOUR time—time where you can be unapologetically selfish. This is what separates woman from Goddess.

A big part of embodying goddess energy is getting comfortable with being a little… self-indulgent. In a world that often makes this trait seem like a sin, it can feel wrong. Spending time, money, and effort on being beautiful? Society tells us only women who are unintelligent or rely on their looks do this.

But let’s question that. Why can’t you be beautiful, smart, kind—all at the same time? You’re allowed to have it all, and embracing that is part of what makes you a Goddess

This could include mindful movement like yoga or dance, indulgent self-love baths infused with oils and herbs, or affirmation rituals that align you with your highest self.

Consistently practicing your goddess rituals will strengthens your self-love, boosts your energy, and transforms your aura. It also raises your standards for how you let others treat simply by treating yourself better.

It helps you become a better friend, sister, wife, and mother—a better version of yourself.

Goddess Rituals and your goddess apothecary go hand in hand. You’ll find that your apothecary will become your best friend during your rituals. Using oils, teas, and herbs is a part of nourishing and honoring yourself.
